Product Description
XG-5500 series thermally conductive silicone sheet consists of three parts: protective film, thermally conductive silicone spacer, and release film. It is pre-molded thermally conductive material, easy to install and test, and reusable. The product is characterized by flexibility, insulation, compressibility, and natural adhesion on the surface, and is widely used in electrical and electronic products. Thermally conductive gap filler gaskets are self-adhesive and do not require adhesive backing. For special applications, single or double-sided non-adhesive products are also available to facilitate operation.
