Product Description
XG-5300 series of thermally conductive silicone grease is based on polysiloxane, supplemented by high thermal conductivity filler, non-toxic, tasteless and non-corrosive, in line with ROHS directive, safe and environmentally friendly, stable chemical and physical properties. Thermally conductive silicone grease is easy to construct, the thickness should not be too high. It can be applied to screen printing or brush coating on the surface of heat generating devices or heat sinks, and after installation, it can form a good wetting with the two interfaces, rapidly fill the microporous interface, reduce the contact thermal resistance of the system, and provide good heat dissipation effect.

Applied to computer CPU, graphics card GPU, LED lamps and lanterns, inverters, heat sinks, cooling modules, household appliances, power tubes, field effect tubes, bridge stacks, and other objects that require heat dissipation or components with smaller gap seals.
